I Love My New Novature Home....
I love my new Novature home and everyone who sees it is impressed by the design, both interior and exterior. Despite being only 48m2 it feels spacious with a full-sized kitchen and a large shower as well as a generous lounge area. Working with the Novature team was a really positive experience whereby I was able to feed in new ideas and personal design features and they worked to meet that brief. I would recommend that anyone wanting a well-built, time efficient and cost-effective home have a look at their designs before choosing elsewhere.
None of the competitors had the same level of NZ quality....
We decided to use Novature for our new tiny home after doing extensive research with other brands, none of the competitors had the same level of NZ quality that you would expect and most competitors seemed to be just about making the sale and moving on. It was a big plus to find out that Novature was also based locally right here in Pukekohe and built on site locally so we could see the build process from day 1.
The entire team have been great from day one. They have explained to us all the process during our first meeting and everything went as per plan. Our Project Manager was great, he always kept us in the loop and organised meetings with us onsite to go through the delivery process and how the tiny home would be placed onto the new pad, no detail was left out.
The House looks great and I’m super impressed with the quality of the building. The whole experience from the going through standard designs, choosing our own colour scheme and kitchen fixtures to the handover has been stress free. They have also a great team behind the scenes, especially with the uncertainty of the last few years which helped with the nerves. If you are looking for a great, high quality tiny home building company, then Novature is the right company for you.

I\'m always keen to \'go local\' with purchases big and small so when I discovered a company making transportable homes here in Franklin I was super excited. I\'d been looking at companies all over New Zealand and getting stressed with the thought of distant planning and tricky transportation, so decided to explore Novature in Pukekohe.
One look through the show home and I was sold! Friends will attest that I don\'t do \'ordinary\', so my imagination went wild with the options I could use to make the already interesting looking interior and exterior to my taste.
I needed a very specific size; 10 meters by 4 meters to fit the land I would use. Brent and his team applied their design and building skills to accomodate my needs, though I had final design responsibility. Nothing was too hard for them, and the collaborative approach paid off.
All the things I had worried about, like organising of amenities and transport were done by Brent. The sub contractors he used were also local, and the day the site landscaper, the electrician and the plumber all met here with Novature I knew I was in good hands. The haulage guy came too, and I zipped off to Australia knowing that when I came back I would be ready for my new home to be delivered. The build took eight weeks all up.
The delivery and positioning seemed effortless, for me anyway, and I moved in the same day. Visitors can\'t believe how spacious my cottage is, and I honestly can\'t believe this is the realisation of my dream to have a \'tiny\' home. This is luxury living and I am thrilled!
